Directions to Tamarisk Assisted Living Residence in Warwick, Rhode Island:
- From Route 95 South, take Exit 28B
- From Route 95 North, take Exit 28B
- Each exit will put you onto Route 113 traveling East
- As you proceed East on Route 113, get into the left lane where you will be turning Left at the traffic light onto Greenwich Avenue, Route 5 North
- Once on Route 5 heading North, proceed past the Lowe’s Building on your left over Route 95
- As you pass over 95 the Wave Credit Union will be on your right. At the traffic light just after the Wave Credit Union, take an immediate right turn onto Shalom Drive
- Tamarisk Assisted Living will be the first building on your left
